Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
Q: Does the standard 2, 3, or 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
A: No. We arrive early to your event to set up. Your event will be operational before your rental begins and we take down after your scheduled rental time.
Q: Do you offer tents?
A: Yes, our inventory does include a full line of event, party, and wedding tents, tables, and chairs. We also stock tent sides, tent lights, and many other items to complete your event.
Q: When do you set up?
A: We generally reserve up to four hours before your scheduled event time to set up; however, we can give you a better idea of our schedule on the confirmation call 1-2 days before your event.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. All inflatables are run on continuous blowers, when unplugged they deflate. We require electricity within 100´ of the unit or a generator can be rented if your location does not provide adequate power.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, or Visa. If paying by cash, please note that for safety reasons our drivers to not carry change.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, all orders require a 50% deposit upon reservation.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We will only set up our units on grass so they can be properly anchored. Tarps are used under the inflatables to protect both the unit and your grass.
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. You will be emailed a copy in your receipt after your order is received, or you may call our office.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may wear in high-traffic areas over time. If this happens please alert us so we can remedy the situation. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all consequent costs. Our drivers will secure all units, train the renter in proper use, and explain all safety instructions on delivery.
